Edy’s has the best mint chocolate chip of the store bought ones I’ve had. The mint flavor is there, but it’s still sweet. I’ve had plenty of mint chocolate chips where you may as well have gotten vanilla. I’ve had others where the mint gives it an extremely unpleasant bitter taste.

I am a northerner and would never call an older person by their first name. Also, we always removed our shoes when coming into someone’s home. I have now moved to SC so Southern manners are second nature to me.

Although I wasn’t raised in the South (I live there now) years ago I tried to give a Christmas card to someone and he wouldn’t accept it because I forgot to give him a thank you card for my wedding gift. He said once I gave him that, he would accept my Christmas card. I think he may have been Southern. I still learning my friends. It took me a year to learn that “Bless your Heart” may not be a compliment.
